Your linework is all over the place. It gets thicker and thinner for no reason, learn to use line thickness to your advantage, because now it's a detriment to your piece.
I will say tho, you really know how to connect all your details. It is quite fluid.

Sometimes less is more. You character is oversaturated with details (the wings, necklace, two face tattoos, etc.). Good luck on your work ;D

It's good you're practising and all, but I don't think you should post you practice in the newgrounds art section. I would recommend finding some art forum and making a personal sketchbook thread. There you can post all you practice work and still get critiques. Good luck on your art.
